Custom Order and Return Policy

Prepayment Required
All custom orders for baits must be prepaid in full before production begins. This ensures your order is prioritized and tailored exactly to your specifications.

No Returns After Production Starts
Once production on your custom bait has started, cancellations or returns are not accepted. Each lure is made uniquely for you, and cannot be resold or repurposed once created.

Return Exceptions and Fees
In rare cases where a return is accepted (such as a manufacturer defect), a small restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order so we can address it promptly.

Product Guarantee
At Sonny Days Fishing, we stand behind the quality of our custom lures. We guarantee your bait will be crafted with care using premium materials to help you land your next big catch. If you experience any problems related to workmanship or materials, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
